    You should also use a perforated pipe at the bottom to soak away any build up of water.

    Torch-on waterproofing gets easily damaged by growing roots, stones, or careless workers. We use a product called Zipcore, supplied by Kaytech, to protect the waterproofing. Their telephone number is 021 531-8110, Thornton. Priced about R30/00 per m². It is a plastic pre-formed sheet with the appearance of an egg tray.
